Doesn't matter, now, reviews out there seemed to suggest that the i7 is still tops for games..I grabbed an i7700K and Mobo instead and it clocked to 5.0 no worries..runs at steady 53 deg while running ARMA and DayZ so I'm happy.

Afternoon Greenie,
I would expect that from Arma and DayZ as they favour higher clock speeds and don't take advantage of the extra cores.
At this current time 7700k is still the gaming chip to get, with optimisation and better implementation of DX12 and core utilisation we will see the performance gap close though.
