Bit of a challenging one, the place i work at needs a new PC to go in the workshop.
They have a budget of $500 for it though they could go over a bit if needed.
What they need: Reliable, cheap, must have a DVD drive so mechanics can access dvd manuals.
Does not need a large amount of storage, does not need to be powerful. Already have peripherals.
Dont mind what case, would prefer it be black but that is not a requirement.

Nice to haves:
i5
8gb ram
120gb ssd

must haves:
DVD drive

That is indeed a tricky one as we don't stock enough cheap parts to meet that budget.
