Hi Everyone,

I'm after a quote from an experienced hackintosh builder to build a 8700k Hackintosh. I currently own all the necessary parts except the motherboard and cpu, I am happy to let the hackintosh builder choose the motherboard assuming it meets my requirements:

1. I'm involved in music production the build must support thunderbolt for the following device:

https://www.uaudio.com/audio-interfaces/apollo-twin-mkii.html

2. Motherboard must support up to 64GB RAM.

Feel free to PM me if that's easier.

Thanks,

Chris

Afternoon Chrisbelcher,

I would recommend going for the Asus Prime Z370-A with an Asus Thunderbolt EX 3 add in thunderbolt card which is listed as compatible via the Uadio site.

We are happy to build and test the hardware for you but do not deal with Apple software as we are not a certified Apple store so are not legally allowed to breach their terms by installing their software onto third-party hardware.

As long as you are happy to handle the software side we can build a system for you without an operating system installed.
