Hi there

Just sold my 24' 1080p monitor and thinking about to get a bigger one with higher resolution.

Actually I do find some options, but it's pretty hard to make the decision as they all have some unique attractions.

Candidates are:
VZ27AQ: 27' 75hz IPS
U2715h: 27' IPS (once saw it in the shop, what a beauty)
EW3270ZL: 32' AMVA
29um69g : 29' 21:9 IPS
and I think they are all available in Computer lounge

I'm more like a casual gamer, mainly into Overwatch and WOW, but also enjoy Witcher 3, Fortnite, PUBG and Forza.
Meanwhile, I also spend a lot time on reading and coding, so it would be nice to have a decent panel.
So, could you pls give me some suggestions ?

Hi cconrad,

If you're looking at QHD panels, I'd recommend staying around the 25" - 28" screen size. 32" monitors are immersive when used on a desk, but they demand a higher resolution because of their size.

I'm personally not a big fan of 29" ultrawide screens as they are only about as heigh as a 24" monitor, which is not ideal for a monitor of that aspect ratio.

That leaves you with the VZ27AQ and the U2715H, which are both excellent monitors.
The 75" refresh rate on the ASUS will make quite a noticeable difference when gaming, which would make me lean towards that option.
