hi team1

my wife bought me a logitech g910 keyboard for xmas last year and some of my keys stopped working
0all left tab, capslock, shift, control and alt keys0. ive looked everywhere online too see if this was fixable and now im thinking its a hardware failure. what is the process of getting and rma done?

when my wife purchased online she made her own profile to keep this keyboard a surprise pressy for me and will this be a problem for an rma?

many thanks

Moring Pexx,

You will need to ask your wife to login to her account and submit an RMA request, it's no problem if it is under her account as long as she submits it :)

Alternatively, you can also contact our support team directly on
