Hi Thomas,

Thanks for the new build you did for my father a few weeks back. He is very happy with his new PC!

I’m looking for a new gaming pc build for myself and I see you have some great specials this weekend. Wanted to know whether you could do a deal to build a new PC for me incorporating some of these specials (if you can’t I would potentially make some different choices). The items from your special are:

Intel CoffeeLake Core i5 8600K Six Core, 3.6Ghz/4.3Ghz, 9MB LGA1151 Unlocked Processor, No Fan
Corsair CMD32GX4M4A2800C16 Dominator Platinum 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4-2800 CL16 w/2x Dominator Airflow Platinum LED Fan
Thermaltake Water 3.0 Riing RGB 240 WaterCooling Kit
Corsair RMi Series RM750i 750W Fully Modular 80Plus Gold Power Supply
Western Digital Black 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD (WDS512G1X0C)

The remaining items not on special for the remainder of the build:

ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING Intel Z370, DDR4 4000Mhz, Dual M.2, Wi-Fi, Aura Sync Gaming Motherboard
Microsoft Windows 10 Home USB Flash Drive 32Bit/64-Bit - Retail (KW9-00017)
Western Digital Black WD4004FZWX 4TB 128MB Cache SATA3
Gigabyte GV-N1070G1 GAMING-8GD GeForce GTX1070 8GB G1 Gaming OC Gaming Video Card
Fractal Design Define C Mid Tower w/ Tempered Glass Window – Black

If you could please quote for the assembly included.

Also, if possible could you give me the price difference to upgrade the graphics card to say:
MSI GEFORCE GTX1080 GAMING X 8G GAMING VIDEO CARD

Thanks very much,
David

Hi David,

It's great to hear your father is loving his PC :)

As you said, we have some great specials on this weekend, I've put together a quote for you for the weekends prices, including assembly and OS configuration, if you would like to upgrade to the MSI GTX1080 it would be an extra $200.

Thanks Luke,

That looks great. I think I might splash out on the MSI GEFORCE GTX1080 GAMING X 8G GAMING VIDEO CARD, so if you can you please put up a link including that instead of the gigabyte card and then I will go ahead and place the order.

Many thanks
David

Thanks Luke. Sorry to be a pain but just a couple more questions please:

1) What would be the cost difference to go to the Samsung Evo 960 512GB instead of the WD 512GB SSD? (Although I do wonder how much the speed difference would be noticeable in everyday operations)
2) Is it $50 off if I do the OS install rather than yourselves (just looking at the rates on your website)?

I'm thinking along the lines of possibly offsetting some of the cost upgrade for the faster SSD by not having you guys doing the OS install as I would be happy to do that myself.

Thanks again,
David

The difference in cost between the WD Black and 960 Evo at this stage would be $150, reduced to $100 if you wanted to install your OS yourself.

Thanks. I don’t think I will worry about the EVO then. Can you please adjust the link on the website to be just assembly (ie minus the OS install), and then I will go ahead and order it - promise :-)

Cheers
David
