Hry guys,

For the x58 guys out there the Marvell SATA3 controller has been somewhat hit and miss with most manufacturers and several HDD - MOBO combinations. Marvell have accepted SOME responsibility for the issues (Especially with Win7 64bit).

Marvell have been releasing drivers nearly monthly this year. Fresh of the presses is the latest driver package. Below is a link to the latest revision (1.2.0.1006 WHQL) Ill update as I find stable versions, this has offered slightly better read/writes over the last revision (March 2011 1.2.0.1003) which was the first SATA3 driver to actually offer TRIM - I cant believe it took them that long!

Anyways Ill post new revisions here as I find them - trying to get stability and performance out of this bloody thing lol.
